When you apply for a role or join our talent pool, we collect the details you provide: full name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, state/city, street address, your role of interest, years of experience, highest qualification, your reasons for applying, and your CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX).
When you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message so we can respond.
Our hosting service may record basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site working. We do not use cookies for advertising.
Your application data is used only to assess your suitability for the role you applied for , to contact you about it, and to keep a record of our recruitment decisions. This processing is based on your explicit consent, which you give when you tick the consent box on the application form.
Your data stays within Royagric’s HR team. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. If you are not shortlisted, we securely delete your data within 12 months of submission, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. If your application succeeds, your records move to your employment file under our employment terms.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing royalteesquare@nbshunstar.com or royagric@royalteesquare.com or calling +234 907 041 0351. We will stop processing your data and delete it as described above.
We only share data with processors who help us operate (for example, our website hosting and email providers), and only to run the career and website services described above. Any processor we use is bound by contract to handle your data lawfully and securely. We do not transfer application data outside Nigeria unless a permitted processor arrangement requires it.
