Ayo holds a Bachelor and Master of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, with 15 years of industry experience in notable agrochemical companies, spanning field trials and demonstrations, farmers education, product development, sales channels development, marketing, sales, and sales lead.
Before pioneering the development of Royagric brands and sales channel development nationwide, he worked in similar roles at a sister company, Amarshal, in the southern part of the country. He has attended many in-house and external trainings on professional sales and marketing; handling, usage and proper selection of agrochemicals; CropLife International spray service provider; and agro-business data gathering for the International Food Policy Research Institute, among others. He is happily married with children.
