Hosea Sheyin Matoh is a member of the Crop Science Society of Nigeria (CSSN), a Ph.D candidate in Agronomy, holds a Master’s Degree in Agronomy, and is a Second Class Upper graduate of Crop Production from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.
He has earned numerous certifications from various universities, such as a Certificate in General Vegetable Production from Wageningen University, Netherlands; a Certificate in Crop Production, Crop Protection, Crop Environment and Crop Economics from Wageningen University, Netherlands; a Certificate in Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster from Harvard; a Certificate in Best Practice Selling Skills and Techniques from Prosell Consulting; and several others in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
He joined the agrochemical industry in 2012 through The Candel Company Ltd as a Technical Sales Representative, and left the company as a Senior Sales Representative in 2019 to join Royagric as a Senior Sales Executive before being promoted to Assistant National Sales Manager (ANSM) in 2026. He is married and is a father to two girls and one boy.
